Welding Capabilities

As a coded workshop facility to build pressure vessels, all our welders are selected, trained and tested consistently as per approved welding procedures. We have procedures covering a wide range of materials and thicknesses approved by various renowned third party agencies.

KGC’s welders are experienced in working with Carbon steel, 300 & 400 series Stainless Steels, Duplex, Inconel, Hastelloy, Aluminium, Titanium other Nickel alloys. WPS, PQR, WPQ records are performed as per ASME Sec IX standard and are approved by renowned third party agencies such as Lloyds, TUV, ABS and more. Our workshop is well equipped with up to date calibrated welding machines with various welding technologies. All welding materials used are traceable to their source in accordance with ASME code requirements.

KGC has the ability to quickly and authoritatively develop and certify new welding procedures when required to meet a client’s need. With excellent and competent in house welding expertise, when it comes to performance and quality no reasonable procedure is unattainable.
