The Engineering and Design facility features up to date IT infrastructure providing advance communications and data transfer systems, as well as the latest engineering and design software for design of Pressure Vessels, heat Exchangers and Tanks. The team consists of experienced draughtsmen with expertise in AutoCAD as well as advanced 3D modelling softwares. KGC’s experienced design team has excellent working knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div I&II, ASME PVHO (Pressure Vessel for Human Occupancy) , PED, PD5500 & IS 2825 and are well conversant with other international codes and standards such as EN 13445, AS 1210 (Australia) , DOSH(Malayasia), NR 13 (Brazil) , etc . We can design the complex and challenging pressure vessels with custom features including. Our experienced team had handled FEA Finite Element Analysis, Fatigue analysis, Strain gage and burst testing for proof of non-standard designs, High temperature design, Thermal stress and strain and is continuously updated with latest techniques for design and analysis.
